Currently, the program has been moved to Ciudadela del Sur School, and students from 8th and 9th grades are having the chance to be part of this amazing experience.

School doesn´t need to be boring!

Aziza Benlamoudi is an English teacher from Algeria, North Africa. Our friendship let us to understand the importance of this kind of exchanges to expand mutual understanding among people and the relevance of learning English in a world that necessarily is linked to a language. I encourage all the teachers who read this page to use technology and the tools you can to create real scenarios that push students to ask, research and find by themselves the wonders that learning brings to their life projects.

Making mistakes is to learn!

For our second video, we presented the meaning of our flag colors. We practiced a lot before sending this short explanation. Indeed, it was really funny because students were nervous and didn´t want to make any mistake, But, at the end of the exercise, we realized that going wrong is important to learn! we are human beings! Moreover, to have the courage of speaking in a foreign language in front of a camera is just by itself a huge success! I feel really proud of them!

Beginners!

Some of our students from 7th grade decided to accept the challenge and recorded themselves presenting a daily routine and answering to some questions from Nicaragua.
